Show(s):
In the 1960s, as Americans rushed out to purchase automobiles, music players were in high demand. So, Bill Lear, business jet mogul, invented the eight-track player. Later on, the cassette was invented, and the eight-track went bye-bye.
Today, is National Eight-Track Tape Day, when we celebrate the obsolete music format from the '60s and '70s. Climb in your attic, dust off a few boxes, and find your old tapes, ...if you got 'em? Jam out to the 46 minutes on the eight-track.
I KNOW THAT I HAD A LOT OF ELVIS 8-TRACKS!!!
DO YOU REMEMBER THOSE 8 TRACK TAPES?
WHAT ARTISTS OR BANDS DID YOU HAVE ON 8-TRACK?
LET'S HEAR ABOUT THEM AND HAVE SOME FUN!
