A Centre County JUDGE YESTERDAY sentenced 30 YEAR OLD MATTHEW SHIRK OF BELLEFONTE To 9 to 18 years in prison for THE D-U-I CRASH THAT KILLED HIS FRIEND, KELLY RIDER, IN 2011. 2 OTHER PEOPLE WERE critically injured WHEN THE PICKUP SHIRK WAS DRIVING RAN OFF ROUTE 144 NEAR SNOWSHOE. HIS blood alcohol Was MORE THAN TWICE the legal limit.

KNUTSON IS ACCUSED OF PUNCHING HER REPEATEDLY, THROWING HER PARTIALLY INTO WILSON’S CAR, AND ORDERING HIM TO DRIVE AWAY DRAGGING HER ALONG. SHE SUFFERED AN ANKLE FRACTURE AND OTHER INJURIES. THE WOMAN CLAIMS KNUTSON HAS THREATENED HER MANY TIMES DUE TO A COURT CASE.
WILSON AND KNUTSON ARE IN THE BLAIR COUNTY PRISON.
APRIL GREENE AND JOHN MATTIELLO ARE FACING PRELIMINARY HEARINGS JULY 16TH ON FELONY CHILD ENDANGERMENT CHARGES AFTER POLICE REMOVED 4 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5 FROM GREENE’S EAST 6TH AVENUE HOME ON SUNDAY.
